Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your shirt. We offer refunds and replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. No refunds will be issued more than 30 days after the purchase date.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 30 days at support@badcoffeeclub.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item help us sort it out faster. If your request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to proceed, including a return shipping label if a return is needed. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damages & issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Other situations If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for another reason, reach out at support@badcoffeeclub.com and tell us what's going on. While our standard policy covers damaged, defective, and incorrect items, we review other requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help where we can.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once we've reviewed your request (and received your return, where one is needed), we'll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, contact us at support@badcoffeeclub.com.
